Jupiter splits what you earn into two parts: the interest borrowers pay, and a separate rewards component funded by Jupiter through an on-chain rewards model. There is nothing to claim — the rewards accrue directly into the value of the jlToken you receive when you deposit, so your position is simply worth more over time. Jupiter's app shows the two combined as a single earn rate; the figure here is the rewards half on its own, and it moves as the programme is funded.
